Process Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage your designated section of the plant to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Operate and maintain crushers,+ mills, CIL circuits, flotation and tailings systems
• Carry out cleaning tasks and minor maintenance duties as needed.
• Use small mobile plant to assist with clean-up and general operational support
• Analyse process data and contribute to smarter, safer, and more efficient operations
• Tackle challenges head-on with routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in gold processing or crushing operations
• Understanding of processing – crushers, Mills, CIL/CIP, flotation, elution circuit, thickener
• Exposure to control room operations is a bonus
• Ability to read P&IDs, interpret flow diagrams, and solve problems fast
• Current WA driver’s licence (HR highly regarded)
• Tickets for mobile equipment such as loaders, forklifts, or EWP will set you apart
• Confined space and working at heights certifications are advantageous
• A proactive attitude, strong safety mindset, and ability to work well in a diverse team
