About the Opportunity
A well-established and growing professional services firm is seeking a Professional Services Client Liaison to join its finance and legal support team. This permanent role has been created due to increased client demand and offers a clear pathway for career development in a supportive and dynamic environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and client service experience in accounting or financial services, who is looking to grow their career in a collaborative and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and responsive service
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client work
- Manage client onboarding, including engagement letters and ID collection
- Prepare and send documents for digital signing (FuseSign, DocuSign)
- Monitor internal workflow tools and shared inboxes
- Track and assist with compliance lodgements (BAS, IAS, tax returns)
- Prepare and submit ATO and ASIC forms under guidance
- Provide administrative support to partners and professional staff
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client support or admin role within accounting, legal, or financial services
- Experience with ATO systems and accounting software such as Xero or MYOB
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — professional, warm, and articulate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital document management tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in learning and growing
