About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing professional services firm is seeking a Professional Services Client Liaison to join its finance and legal support team. This permanent role has been created due to increased client demand and offers a clear pathway for career development in a supportive and dynamic environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and client service experience in accounting or financial services, who is looking to grow their career in a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and responsive service
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client work
  • Manage client onboarding, including engagement letters and ID collection
  • Prepare and send documents for digital signing (FuseSign, DocuSign)
  • Monitor internal workflow tools and shared inboxes
  • Track and assist with compliance lodgements (BAS, IAS, tax returns)
  • Prepare and submit ATO and ASIC forms under guidance
  • Provide administrative support to partners and professional staff
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client support or admin role within accounting, legal, or financial services
  • Experience with ATO systems and accounting software such as Xero or MYOB
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — professional, warm, and articulate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital document management tools
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in learning and growing
