With a strong commitment to integrity, people, sustainability and continuous improvement, they are now seeking an experienced Underground Mining Project Manager to join their leadership team.
About the Role
In this senior site-based position, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of mining services under contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a positive safety, quality and performance culture aligned with the organisation’s core principles.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, representatives, suppliers, employees and operational leaders.
- Ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations across mine safety, WHS, employment and licensing.
- Managing contract performance and financial obligations, including progress claims, variations and reporting.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Extensive experience in underground mining operations.
- Proven capability in budget management and financial oversight.
- 5+ years’ experience in mine project management.
- A track record in leading and coordinating large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
