Project Site Administrator (FIFO 2:1)
About the Role
This is a contract opportunity ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented Project Administrator with strong administrative skills and a proactive, all-rounder approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments
- Manage all flight and accommodation bookings for project and site personnel
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and supplier setup
- Enter timesheets and plant timesheet data accurately and on time
- Handle payroll management and ensure timely processing
- Process and receipt project-related costs
- Support training administration, HSEQT, procurement, and executive teams
- Perform general office duties including document management, filing, scanning, printing, and maintaining stationery supplies
- Organise meetings and maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator, ideally in the mining industry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, service-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic project needs
Requirements:
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) and Drug & Alcohol Screen (DAS)
