Duties 

  • General reception duties: greeting visitors, answering phones, managing mailbox and organising couriers
  • Setting up meeting rooms and events (morning teas and ordering catering)
  • Ensuring the shared kitchen area is clean 
  • Allocation of parking bays, ordering PPE and stock control
  • Formatting CVs, assisting with Business Support admin

About You 

  • Corporate reception experience
  • Professional
  • Customer service skills
  • Good at prioritising tasks and multitasking 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills
  • Corporate travel booking experience (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
