Duties
- General reception duties: greeting visitors, answering phones, managing mailbox and organising couriers
- Setting up meeting rooms and events (morning teas and ordering catering)
- Ensuring the shared kitchen area is clean
- Allocation of parking bays, ordering PPE and stock control
- Formatting CVs, assisting with Business Support admin
About You
- Corporate reception experience
- Professional
- Customer service skills
- Good at prioritising tasks and multitasking
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills
- Corporate travel booking experience (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication
