Our client is seeking a bright and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills. Your role will be managing the reception area of a mining company, In addition, you will also be responsible for the effective delivery of administrative duties and as act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping to streamline processes and maintain efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Reception and Front-of-House
- Provide general administrative support to the Administration Manager as required
- Assist with preparation, formatting and distribution of documents, correspondence and presentations
- Office operations support
- Financial administration support
- Booking accommodation and travel
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or office administration role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional and confident manner
- Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, growth-stage business environment
- Full working rights
