Recruitment Advisor

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a high performing, busy Talent team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of blue collar roles across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential candidates using various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and in person interviews, and recommend candidates for further consideration
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidate suitability
• Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates
• Facilitate pre-employment medicals
• Assist with negotiating employment contracts and compensation packages

Requirements:

• Significant experience in a Recruitment Advisor/Talent Acquisition role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
