Recruitment Advisor

Opportunity for an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Advisor to join this high performing team, supporting large scale operations within the mining and resources sector. This is a fast paced, high volume role where you will play a key part in ramping up for major projects across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment for blue collar roles including operators and trades
• Deliver high volume recruitment campaigns to meet project ramp up timelines
• Partner closely with operations and project teams to forecast workforce needs
• Coordinate mobilisation, onboarding, and compliance requirements
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast moving environment
• Maintain accurate records and reporting across recruitment systems

About You

• Proven experience in blue collar recruitment within the mining, resources, or heavy industry sectors
• Strong experience supporting rapid ramp ups for projects or shutdowns
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance and mobilisation processes
• A proactive, solutions focused mindset
