Are you an experienced Recruitment Advisor with a background in the mining or construction sectors? Due to multiple project ramp ups, we are seeking experienced Recruitment Advisors for a range of exciting opportunities throughout Perth. We have several vacancies available on both casual and fixed term contract arrangements, with immediate starts available.

Blue Collar Recruitment Advisors

• Trades recruitment
• Mobile plant operators
• Mining production 
• High volume recruitment campaigns

White Collar Recruitment Advisors

• Technical and engineering professionals
• Project services personnel
• HSE, commercial and operational support roles
• Professional and corporate positions within the resources sector

Key Responsibilities

• End to end recruitment across a portfolio of roles
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Managing talent pools and candidate pipelines
• Coordinating onboarding, medicals and compliance requirements
• Partnering with hiring managers and operational stakeholders
• Delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
• Managing recruitment systems and reporting requirements

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Advisor
• Demonstrated experience recruiting within the mining, construction or industrial sectors
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing high volume recruitment campaigns and/or technical recruitment portfolios
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with recruitment systems and sourcing tools
