Safety Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a major infrastructure project in Dampier on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative project team where culture, communication and field engagement are highly valued.

About the role:

• Support day-to-day safety activities across the project
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits and field interactions
• Facilitate pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety initiatives
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Participate in risk assessments and hazard management activities
• Provide practical safety advice and coaching to site personnel
• Build strong working relationships with employees, supervisors and contractors

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Safety Advisor or HSE Advisor role
• Previous experience in Marine essential, or background in civil, construction, infrastructure desirable
• Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
