Senior Administrator / Mobilisation Coordinator

We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Administrator / Mobilisation Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team. 

You will have experience supporting high-volume operations, either within mobilisation or senior administration, and be confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

The Role

• Coordinating the mobilisation and onboarding of contractors to site
• Managing compliance documentation and liaising with internal stakeholders
• Providing high-level administrative support to management and operational teams
• Processing purchase orders, invoices and general administrative tasks

About You 

• Previous experience in a Senior Administration, Mobilisation, Workforce Coordination or Project Administration role
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Experience using systems such as INX, SAP, Pronto and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
• Experience working within mining, resources or engineering desirable
• Based in or around the Hazelmere, Perth Airport or Welshpool area
