We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer with strong 12D experience to join a collaborative and growing engineering team. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of technically challenging projects across civil infrastructure, environmental services, and major development sectors.

About the Role
As a Senior Civil Designer, you will be responsible for producing detailed civil designs and documentation across a variety of complex projects. Working closely with engineers and project teams, you will play a key role in transforming concepts into practical, construction-ready designs.
Your experience will contribute to projects involving:
- Earthworks and bulk earth modelling
- Road alignments and pavement design
- Drainage infrastructure and site servicing
- Civil site infrastructure
- Environmental and resource recovery infrastructure
- Large-scale earthworks and containment systems
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise 12D software to prepare concept, preliminary and detailed civil designs and drawings
- Develop accurate design documentation in accordance with industry standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers and design teams to deliver quality outcomes
- Review and check drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency
- Prepare quantities, calculations and support cost estimation activities
- Maintain high standards of technical documentation and design delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level experience within civil design
- Strong working knowledge of 12D software
- Experience delivering detailed designs for civil infrastructure projects
- Understanding of earthworks, roads, drainage and associated infrastructure
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing design priorities independently
