Senior Civil Engineer – Urban Development

• Multidisciplinary consultancy with around 200 staff nationally across their metro and regional offices.
• Multi-staged subdivisions, rail projects, Olympics infrastructure and urban development projects
• Lead engineering design, planning, estimation, feasibility reporting 
• Supervise complex engineering tasks relating to civil projects.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure on time and in budget delivery.
• Proactively identify and address potential changes to project scope/costs.
• Develop and maintain strong client and staff relationships when preparing fee proposals
• Liase with the client, approval authorities and other third-parties
• Understanding of the commercial framework within a professional services firm.
• Partner with colleagues who are industry leaders and have a dynamic leadership team at your disposal
• Supervise and mentor engineering and design staff

Requires 6-10 years experience in the urban development industry within a consulting environment. Civil Engineering Degree and RPEQ or working towards gaining RPEQ.
