Growing civil engineering consultancy based in Brisbane, specialising in the design and development of master-planned communities throughout SEQ. Responsive, front-line approach in their delivery across a wide range of infrastructure and residential subdivision projects
- Lead land development projects from concept through delivery
- Design leadership and technical oversight on land development infrastructure.
- Drive high-quality documentation, design reviews, and constructability assessments.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, local authorities, and contractors.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and design team members.
- Deliver civil engineering solutions that are innovative, sustainable, and cost-efficient.

Ideally seeking;
- Proven track record in Queensland land development space, at least 5-10 yrs experience
- Extensive experience in preparing design documentation and supporting project management.
- Excellent client engagement and coordination skills.
- Ability to think creatively to solve complex engineering challenges while ensuring cost-effectiveness and constructability
