Senior Civil Engineer

• All-encompassing role – full project delivery, people management and client interfacing
• Day to day you will interact with clients and project teams, manage deliverables and project budgets, coordinate a small team of drafters and designers
• Access to latest technology and plenty of resources and support at your disposal to draw on for your projects
• Majority of projects on the civil side fall into urban development, subdivisions, municipal infrastructure and civil works for building projects
• 70+ staff consultancy local to the Brisbane market who have built a strong reputation as an employer of choice
• Workplace culture is of utmost importance to them, strong retention and focus on flexible work practices are a key drawcard
• Career path would be to Principal Engineer, choose to be a technical expert in your chosen area or if you enjoy client facing and business development and marketing more so, there are streams for both directions

  
Requires a Civil Engineering Degree, ideally RPEQ or working towards and at least 8 years experience in an engineering consultancy environment running and delivering projects in the urban/land development space.
