Senior HR Advisor

Seeking an experienced FIFO Senior HR Advisor to join a high-performing HR team on site, supporting a large workforce in the mining industry. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on industrial relations matters, including EA interpretation and issue resolution
• Manage complex employee relations cases and conduct workplace investigations
• Coach and mentor junior HR Advisors, supporting their development
• Deliver consistent HR support and advice to site-based leaders and employees
• Contribute to a proactive and solutions-focused HR service on site

About You:

• Proven site-based HR experience in the mining industry
• Strong background in industrial relations and case management
• Confident in coaching and developing less experienced HR professionals
• Able to build trusted relationships and influence across all levels

This is a FIFO opportunity on a 8/6 or 4/3 roster, working as part of a collaborative HR team, providing hands-on support to a dynamic site operation.
