Senior HR Advisor

Excellent opportunity to join this Iron Ore Mining organisation in a site based permanent Senior HR position. The purpose of the role is to provide generalist HR support to site based leaders and employees and drive HR initiatives on site.

What you will bring:

• Practical generalist HR experience within the mining or heavy industry sector – ideally with site based exposure
• Strong understanding of employment legislation 
• Ability to build effective working relationships with operational leaders
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline will be highly regarded
• An energetic and proactive attitude
