This role will be providing strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team and employees. An exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of the company by implementing HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals and values.

The Human Resources team works closely with leaders and people across the business to recruit exceptional people, nurture their development and guide their careers. As a member of our HR team, you will be working in a supportive and collaborative regional and global team of professionals that deliver HR business partnering, graduate and lateral recruitment, HR operations and compliance, global mobility, reward and remuneration, organizational development and diversity and inclusion.

What the role looks like:

  • Coach and support stakeholders to build sustainable high-performing teams across the groups through talent management and development initiatives, with a focus on the engagement and retention of our people.
  • Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders regarding employee relations.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan and deliver mechanisms aligning people with group goals and objectives, including talent, performance, and remuneration reviews.
  • Identify changes and improvements to HR policies and practices and ensure effective communication and implementation within each team.
  • Partner with the leadership team to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with HR centres of excellence to ensure consistency in the employee experience.
  • Contribute to the implementation of initiatives for realizing the firm’s strategic plan.

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience as a generalist HR professional, including strong advisory, coaching, and facilitation skills and proven leadership capability.
  • Strong internal stakeholder service focus, relationship management, and influencing skills, alongside proven commercial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all levels of the company.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or similar.
  • Experience in legal or professional services is desirable.
  • Experienced using Workday is desirable.
