In this senior-level role, you will be involved in a wide range of projects spanning multiple commodities and mining methods. You will play a key technical and leadership role, contributing to high-quality engineering outcomes while supporting the development of the broader technical team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering drill and blast design solutions
- Mine design, planning and production scheduling
- Providing technical guidance, mentoring and training to junior engineers
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice standards
- Managing projects and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
