Senior Office Administrator
This is a dynamic, all-round Office Administrator position where no two days are the same. Day-to-day matters will span from supporting the Company Secretary to contributing to key administrative duties across the business.
- Coordinate office supply orders including stationery, printing materials and general consumables
- Provide reception support including answering phones, greeting visitors and managing mail and couriers.
- Assist with administrative services and support queries. Advanced word formatting skills
- High proficiency across MS Office and Microsoft suites
- Ad-hoc project work
- Full rounded administrator
About You
You are an experienced Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, Site Administrator with some mining knowledge, and a strong understanding of document formatting.
You are sociable and bubbly while also being proactive by the opportunity to take ownership and play a key role in shaping a business.
