Our client is looking to engage with a Senior Process Engineer who will be involved in the effective operation of the process control systems to achieve planned production quantity and quality.

Managing the analysis of data to ensure operational progress and benchmarking of production, you will assist in ensuring continuous improvement methods, positively impacting cost controls.  Through the planning and delegation of tasks, the field operation team will follow your lead to deliver results. You will be a skilled and innovative Process Engineer with experience in evaporation methods, be able to monitor and implement systems to identify opportunities for process improvement.

You will have experience in SysCAD and mass balances, assessing efficiency and modelling future success. You will be able to present data and analysis to management detailing key performance indicators and propose process improvements.

You will have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering or a related field with 5+ years demonstrated experience in process engineering ideally with evaporation methods. You will also have experience in plant operations and process control systems with supervisory skills and experience managing contractors. You will have a working understanding and ability to utilise Excel, Microsoft Office applications, Pronto, Aconex and INX and PoweBI.
