An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Resource Geologist to join a respected Corporate Resources team based in Perth.
This role offers exposure to some of Australia’s most significant and technically diverse gold projects while working alongside highly experienced resource professionals. You will contribute to resource evaluation, estimation and strategic growth initiatives across a portfolio of operating mines and development assets.
The position is ideally suited to an established Senior Resource Geologist seeking broader technical exposure, a Perth-based lifestyle, or the opportunity to transition from consulting or FIFO site operations into a corporate role.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver resource estimation and modelling projects across multiple gold assets.
• Support governance, reporting and resource compliance requirements.
• Complete geological interpretation and resource evaluations.
• Review and validate resource models and estimation methodologies.
• Provide technical support to site-based geology teams.
• Contribute to strategic resource growth and business development initiatives.
• Work closely with exploration, mining and technical services teams across multiple operations.
• Support continuous improvement and technical best practice within the resource function.

About You
Essential

• Degree qualification in Geology or a related discipline.
• 3-5+ years operating at Senior Resource Geologist level.
• Strong resource estimation and geological modelling expertise.
• Demonstratable understanding of linear and non-linear estimation workflows and their application
• Advanced mining software experience including Leapfrog, Datamine and Supervisor
• Thorough knowledge of mine to model reconciliation processes and troubleshooting methods.
• Strong communication and technical reporting skills.

Preferred

• Experience in structurally complex mineralised systems.
• Background in consulting, operational resource geology or corporate technical roles.
• Experience supporting mine operations and resource governance processes.
