• Seeking an all-rounder who is technically astute when it comes to design and modelling, with strong communication and coordination capability
• Tier 2 national consultancy 
• Majority of the work in the structural sector is split between mid to high rise residential, commercial, retail, health and industrial
• Their point of differentiation is they do not have strict process or procedures/red tape, they allow staff to work autonomously and can mould roles around career aspirations.
• They offer flexibility and a collaborative approach, don’t run on KPI’s or heavy targets.
• Really nice culture – breakout area, Friday afternoon lunches/drinks, very social, family like feel.
• Really good career development pathways, one on one mentoring, internal and external training budgets.
• Mentor junior staff, contribute to innovation and creativity initiatives within the division

Ideally looking for;

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 5-10yrs experience across large concrete framed and steel structures
• Revit proficiency, experience detailing reinforcement and post tensioning
