Shift Supervisor

The Role:

Scotford Fennessy Recruitment is currently looking for experienced Underground Shift Supervisors for a number of our industry leading clients. These positions are offered on both contract or permanent basis.

There are opportunities for well experienced supervisors as well as operators who are looking to take the step up (WA Shift Boss ticket is still required)

All positions are FIFO Ex. Perth (candidates must pay for flights if coming from outside of WA). 8/6, 7/7 or 2/2 rosters are available. Attractive remuneration packages are on offer. All sites have camp-based accommodation. 

To be considered for any of these positions, you must have the following:

• WA Underground Shift Boss certificate of competency
• Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• Recent Operating Experience and a willingness to be hands on when required.
• Ability to safely and efficiently achieve shift targets
• Strong interpersonal & management skills
• Good communication skills
• A dedicated commitment to safety
