Structural Engineer 

• Become a key member of a growing structural engineering consultancy, role available through business growth and project pipeline
• Work on some of Perth’s prominent projects in the built environment sector
• Low to mid rise residential, public buildings, industrial warehouses, education, mixed use, commercial developments
• Work with Structures team leader who will provide support and guidance to further your development
• Take ownership of small to medium projects and manage full cycle delivery, as well as working on components of larger projects
• Close out problems, still with involvement or direction of Structures Lead but with autonomy over the entire process
• The key for them is getting work/life balance right, ensuring their staff are engaged and happy in both work and personal life
• Big on social culture, plenty of flexibility afforded, strong commitment to further career development

Ideally looking for;

• Structural Engineer with 5+years experience in a reputable engineering consultancy in the built environment space
• Structural Engineering Degree 
• Experience handling small to medium scale projects autonomously through to construction phase, handling RFI’s, design issues etc
• Client facing
