Structural Engineer

• Sitting just under 100 staff in NSW
• Run on a project based structure
• Hands on in terms of the technical and engineering work, involvement in design and site insepctions
• Work with builders and developers, schools, hospitals, aged care, mixed use developments, retail etc – concrete and steel
• Repeat clients and established team, approachable partners, plenty of support
• Full cycle involvement – supported by leaders in the business
• Flexible start and finish times, work from home 1 day per week after probation
• Employee owned, pathway to become a shareholder in the business down the track, big on promoting internally, experienced steady growth over the last 5 years

Requires Engineering Degree with 3-5+ years experience in structural engineering in the local NSW market, design/technical experience on built environment projects – concrete and steel structures.
