The Opportunity
As a Structural Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering a broad range of projects across sectors including:
- Healthcare
- Data Centres
- Commercial Buildings
- Education Facilities
- Retail Developments
- High-Density Residential Projects
You’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to construction and completion, working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structural design solutions across a variety of building projects.
- Provide technical input throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders.
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, local authorities, and statutory bodies.
- Prepare design documentation, reports, and technical deliverables.
- Undertake site inspections and provide construction phase support.
- Lead assigned projects, facilitating site meetings and design workshops.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, and client expectations.
About You
- Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in structural engineering within a consulting environment.
- Experience delivering building projects across commercial, healthcare, education, residential, or related sectors.
- Strong technical design and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
