Supply Officers – FIFO Pilbara Projects

About the Role
  
We’re seeking experienced Storepersons, Supply Officers, and Warehouse Operators to join project teams across multiple mine sites in the Pilbara region, WA. These roles are FIFO from Perth working across various project locations rather than one fixed site.
  
Employment Conditions
  

• Starting from $56 per hour + Super on all hours, paid weekly
• FIFO from Perth to multiple Pilbara project sites
• 2 days Paid Perth Inductions
• 8 Days Paid initial on site inductions
• Swings of 4 – 12 days on site

  
Key Duties
  

• Forklift Operation, Stocktaking and parts inventory management
• Manage stock levels of critical spares and consumables to ensure availability
• Coordinate with transport contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Receive, unload, and check goods against purchase orders for accuracy
• Maintain accurate inventory using the SAP system
• Ensure receivables are delivered to the correct location within required timeframes
• Contribute to a positive, safety-focused, multicultural work environment

  
Skills & Qualifications
  

• Valid Driver’s Licence – C Class Manual Required
• High Risk Forklift Licence Required
• Apply First Aid, and Dangerous Goods Card Ideal
• SAP experience highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience in mining or large industrial warehouse environments
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• National Police Clearance (valid within 12 months)
