Talent Advisor

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced blue collar mining Recruiter to join an organisation that is experiencing rapid growth.  Assist the team as they move into ramp up phase and employ a high volume of Operators.

The focus will be on screening, shortlisting and bulk interviews. 

Ideally you will have;

• Extensive experience in blue collar mining recruitment
• Experience running the interview process and writing up reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and respect for an open and inclusive culture
• Availability to take on an ongoing contract role in the next 2 weeks
