Trainer & Assessor

Scotford Fennessy Recruitment are actively seeking on behalf of our client, an experienced Trainer & Assessors. This role would suit a Trainer & Assessor with professional with open pit experience. Predominately FIFO roles but also occasional local Perth role.

About the role:

• Mentor and coach personnel to maintain a strong safety culture
• Ensuring compliance with the companies Training procedure
• Training & Assessing on the below equipment
• Liebherr 9400 & 9150 Excavator
• Hitachi EH3500 & CAT 793 Dump Trucks
• Cat 777 / 785 water trucks
• Cat 992 loaders 
• Cat D9-D10 Dozer
• Cat 14M/16H Grader 

What we’re looking for:

• HR Drivers Licence (desirable)
• Minimum 3 years Trainer & Assessor experience in a FIFO role
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessing
• Valid National Police Check
• INEX & ICAM experience essential
