About the company:

Our client is a well-established gold producer with a number of new assets currently in development across Australia. Due to significant growth plans and a number of assets going into production, they are currently looking for multiple Mine Planning Engineers to join their underground team.

About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for experienced underground Mine Planning Engineers to work in a supportive team environment. The role will be focused on driving short and medium term plans to ensure the business meets it production targets.  Your main responsibilities will include updating and maintaining mine planning and design procedures, produce and deliver mine plans and review economic evaluations for all completed mine designs. 

About you:

You are growth focused, driven professional with a proven ability to think on your feet in an ever-changing environment. This role is ideal for someone that is looking to make it their own and grow with a business that has substantial expansion plans in place, with another two mines in the planning stage currently. The ideal candidate has proven underground hard rock experience, ideally with a WA First Class Mine Managers certificate of competency and substantial Deswik experience.
