Underground Safety Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Underground Health & Safety Advisor to join a growing underground gold mining operation in Western Australia. Are you someone who is passionate about Health & Safety? The Role:
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will:

• Provide Health & Safety support across the site
• Assist with incident management, investigations, and case support
• Develop and maintain HSE management systems, site procedures, and training materials
• Conduct Visible Leader inspections and safety checks
• Facilitate and deliver training programs for employees and emergency response teams
• Monitor and report on safety performance, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preference with underground mining experience
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or above
• Strong experience INX and ICAM highly essential
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Australian Driver’s Licence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
