About the Opportunities:
We are currently recruiting for multiple Underground Shift Supervisor roles across a variety of sites in WA.
These positions offer the chance to lead crews in well-managed operations where safety, performance, and culture are a priority.
Depending on the site, you’ll report to the Mine Foreman or Underground Manager and be responsible for delivering shift production safely and effectively in line with mine schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of underground production, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on time, and to standard.
- Lead shift meetings and safety checks, maintaining a strong focus on hazard awareness and compliance.
- Respond to operational challenges by working closely with site teams to keep production running smoothly.
- Record shift progress accurately and communicate key updates to ensure smooth crew transitions.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid WA Shift Supervisor Certificate of Competency
- Hands-on leadership experience in an underground hard rock mining setting
- A commitment to hitting targets safely and efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months) and a Dangerous Goods Card
- All roles are FIFO from Perth
