Underground Shift Supervisor

A pivotal role, there is clear scope for you to make a real impact as the Underground Shift Supervisor with a major global mining contractor in WA.
  
Particulars:

• 7/7 FIFO roster (Monday to Monday)
• Circa $215k–$200k + superannuation on all hours
• Sandvik underground mobile equipment and standard auxiliary gear
• Permanent and contract options – your preference
• Genuine growth opportunities, no one chair on the deck scenario

  
About you:

• Proven experience as an Underground Supervisor in a hard rock mining environment
• Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety regulations
• WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate (new legislation or a commitment to completing)
• Australian Driver’s License and ability to pass medical and meet mobilisation timelines
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team safety and performance
• Current Police Clearance
• Full Australian Working Rights
