Underground Shift Supervisor

About the Opportunities:

We are currently recruiting for multiple Underground Shift Supervisor roles across a variety of sites in WA.

These positions offer the chance to lead crews in well-managed operations where safety, performance, and culture are a priority.

Depending on the site, you’ll report to the Mine Foreman or Underground Manager and be responsible for delivering shift production safely and effectively in line with mine schedules.

About you:

• Proven experience as an Underground Supervisor in a hard rock mining environment
• Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety regulations
• WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate (new legislation or a commitment to completing)
• Australian Driver’s License and ability to pass medical and meet mobilisation timelines
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team safety and performance
• Current Police Clearance
• Full Australian Working Rights

The client is eager to secure a highly skilled Shift Supervisor and will negotiate the salary based on your experience. We also have a number of watching briefs for Senior Supervisors who are encouraged to apply, and your rate will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
