Underground Shift Supervisor

Scotford Fennessy is currently seeking experienced Underground Shift Supervisors to join a well-established underground mining contractor with multiple operations across Western Australia.

With several vacancies available across different sites, this opportunity offers flexibility rarely seen in the market. Whether you’re looking for a smaller close-knit crew, a larger production-focused operation, or a site at a different stage of development, there are multiple options available to suit your experience and leadership style.

Particulars
– FIFO from Perth with DIDO options available for suitable candidates
– Primarily 7/7 rosters, with flexibility available depending on site requirements
– Salaries negotiable based on experience, with earning potential up to $1,500 per shift
– Multiple underground operations offering a range of mining methods and site environments
– Local camp accommodation located close to site
– Opportunities available across sites of varying size, stage and crew structures
– Permanent and long-term opportunities available

About You
– WA Underground Shift Boss Certificate of Competency
– Previous experience supervising underground mining crews
– Strong understanding of underground production and development environments
– Proven ability to lead teams while maintaining a strong safety culture
– Hands-on leadership approach and willingness to support the crew when required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Current National Police Clearance
– Current Manual Driver’s Licence
– Ability to pass pre-employment medical and site mobilisation requirements
– Full Australian working rights
