Scotford Fennessy Recruitment are seeking experienced Underground Trainer Assessors to support mining operations across Western Australia.

There are multiple opportunities for individuals with underground experience and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, who want to move into a training-focused role or transition from site-based work into a dedicated training position.

About the role:

  • Deliver and coordinate underground inductions and onboarding programs
  • Facilitate engaging training covering safety, policies, procedures, and role-specific skills
  • Support new employees during their early stages
  • Review, monitor, and improve training programs to ensure compliance and relevance
  • Maintain accurate training records and report on training data

What we’re looking for:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Underground mining experience
  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence
  • Computer literacy
  • Working at Heights
  • Additional WHS qualifications (desirable)
