Underground Trainer Assessor

Scotford Fennessy Recruitment is partnering with Westgold to recruit an experienced Underground Trainer & Assessor for their growing underground operation.

Whether you’re an established Trainer & Assessor or an underground miner with a Cert IV TAE looking to move into training, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role
Working closely with underground crews, you’ll play a key role in developing workforce capability through coaching, mentoring, training delivery and competency assessments. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering underground inductions and onboarding programs 
• Conducting field-based training and competency assessments 
• Coaching and mentoring underground operators 
• Supporting workforce development and compliance requirements 
• Maintaining training records and documentation

 What we’re looking for:

• Underground mining experience
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
