Workforce and Operations Coordinator
Our client is seeking a resilient and highly organised professional to coordinate workforce movements across a network of remote retail sites. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage mobilisation, scheduling and operational support while working closely with multiple internal stakeholders.
The Role
- Coordinating end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of employees across multiple remote locations
- Managing workforce scheduling, roster movements and staffing requirements
- Acting as the central point of contact for operational and workforce enquiries
- Monitoring fuel pricing and assisting with procurement activities
- Providing administrative support to multiple teams
About You
- Previous experience in Workforce Coordination, Mobilisation, Scheduling, Rostering or Operations Administration
- Experience working within Government, Local Government, Council or similarly complex
- Experience supporting diverse workforces across multiple locations and stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- The confidence to push back, manage expectations and have difficult conversations when required
